America’s Test Kitchen (ATK) is seeking a Public Relations & Communications Director (PR&C Director), reporting to the CEO. The PR&C Director will devise the strategy, develop, and execute all of the external media campaigns for ATK’s books, magazines, digital products, television shows, corporate initiatives as well as new business ventures in development. This individual will supervise a PR Coordinator, as well as external agencies retained selectively as specialized resources as needed. Consequently, this is a position that will require substantive hands-on engagement. The PR&C Director will be expected to personally write press releases and creative pitch letters to book national and local media, to arrange author tours, and to book signings and virtual events.
